Corporate Broking

SVS focuses on assisting fast-growing companies in the sub-£50m sector where the corporate broking team is responsible for raising the capital and ensuring an active aftermarket for the shares. A stringent selection criteria ensures that only the strongest growth opportunities are presented to our network of investors.

The Corporate Broking team works closely with established businesses that could benefit from the injection of capital the team specialises in raising. These companies must be well-placed in a high-growth market and be looking to raise money for a specific purpose.

A primary focus on revenue generating businesses with experienced management has enabled SVS to build a reputation for admitting quality companies to AIM.

Our deal flow is dependent upon the number and quality of appropriate investments we source; this is evidenced by our strong track record of successful new issues and placings.

Fund Raising

Our extensive UK institutional network includes AIM, VCT & EIS fund managers, as well as Private Client Stockbrokers. Our market distribution and close relationships give us key institutional placing power during both flotations and secondary fund raisings.

After Market Management

One of the key issues facing newly listed companies is the liquidity of their stock. Through updated research, and regular contact with our investors in the secondary market, we are able to maintain long-term investor interest and momentum. As well as facilitating the transferability of stock, an informed shareholder base creates an ideal platform for secondary fund raisings.

As well as our institutional contacts, we have an established retail broking arm with a large number of active investors looking for growth opportunities in the small-cap arena.
